產(chǎn)品描述 Description

結(jié)晶品為白色結(jié)晶顆粒；無(wú)水物為結(jié)晶性粉末。無(wú)臭，無(wú)酸味，有特殊貝類(lèi)滋味。味覺(jué)閾值0.03%。至120℃時(shí)失去結(jié)晶水而為無(wú)水物。易溶于水（35g/100ml,25℃）,不溶于乙醇。在空氣中穩(wěn)定。

用途 Applications

調(diào)味劑；酸味劑；緩沖劑。主要用于火腿、香腸、水產(chǎn)品、調(diào)味液等，一般用量為0.01%-0.05%。作為調(diào)味品使用，一般用粉狀的無(wú)水物，以加速溶解。
